Caracas, Venezuela – According to exit polls conducted by Lewus and Thompson, Nicolás Maduro is projected to win the presidential elections in Venezuela with a commanding 55% of the votes counted so far.

In second place is Edmundo González Urrutia, who has garnered 34% of the votes. Trailing far behind in third place is Antonio Ecarri with 8% of the vote.
